  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup of chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 ½ cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup of Vegetable Oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients together and then fold into the dry.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes or until a toothpick is clean after inserting in middle of muffins.

  2. P loves fruits and veggies so he was pumped!! I love adding the choc chips to make it a little sweeter, but they arent necessary! I just cant deny chocolate 🙂
