Guilt Free Banana Pudding

Heading to a outdoor get together and need to take something easy and yummy? Searching for the most delicious cool treat that is a healthier alternative than grabbing a pie at the local grocery store?  Search no farther.

 

 

 

Banana Pudding Ingredients

•4 bananas

 

•1 box of fat free Vanilla Wafers

 

•1 package of nonfat, sugar free vanilla pudding

 

•1 tub of fat free whipped topping

 

•2 cups of almond milk

 

•1 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt

 

 

 

Directions:

 

  1. Whisk the almond milk and pudding mixture until smooth.

  2. Add yogurt and whipped topping to above mixture and stir.

  3. Thinly layer banana slices on the bottom of the dish you are using.

  4. Add pudding mixture on top of banana slices.

  5. Top with thin layer of wafers.

  6. Repeat until you’ve used all ingredients!

  7. Cover and refridgerate for 3 -4 hours.

  8. Scoop and serve!

 

Idea if you have little ones at your gathering, make single serve cups! I made one for my toddler and let him help prepare and he enjoyed!!
