Easy Snacks for Kids (and Grown ups!)


Happy Monday friends! What is your morning routine? I have my morning routine down to the minute. It’s truly a science that I’ve perfected and adjusted over the years as our family has grown (more to come on routines later).  I am a firm believer that when you have a plan and structure it’s a great start for the day.

I hit a food jackpot for an easy breakfast for any age this morning and just had to share pronto! Add this to your breakfast lineup this week.

No Cook Breakfast Roll Up


  • Honey
  • Almond Butter
  • Plain / No flavor Tortilla wrap
  • Banana


  1. Lay wrap flat and add a thin layer of almond butter.
  2. Slice banana and lay on top of almond butter.
  3. Drizzle honey.
  4. Roll it up and enjoy!

This is an easy grab and go on the run! Send it in a hand to the bus stop or eat in route to the office for a no mess option.
